Let us make the distinction explicit. I think this is where the word reality does a lot of hidden work.
If by “one reality” you mean the totality of existence, then yes, we’re not talking about separate universes. But if by reality you mean lived reality, what shows up, has meaning, exerts force, and shapes action, then that is not merely opinion layered on top of a neutral substrate.
Two people can inhabit the same world and yet participate in meaning, value, and significance differently in ways that are ontologically real, not just representational errors.
So I wouldn’t say “one reality and two opinions.” I’d say one cosmos, multiple enacted realities, each constrained, but not reducible, to a single objective description.
That answer doesn’t deny a shared world, doesn’t retreat into relativism, refuses the reduction of experience to “mere opinion”.

Viewing the Unified Field as Mind reconciles all existing questions/phenomena of the field and those questions it does not appear to reconcile, will be or already are determined to be based upon flawed premises or assumption(s).
The field of Mind and Mind itself is comprised of latent potential or undifferentiated potential but, has no self-motivating ability without an Energy, Source or attribute to serve as a "Driver."
The "Driver" of Mind is also a form of energy most accurately defined as "Life" Energy. Life Energy is best defined as Intelligent Awareness comprised of Infinite Unlimited Imagination (no restrictive limit to any thoughts, ideas etc.) and Will. Will serves as the motivating force to bring an idea conceived in Imagination (Mind) into Being. It is self-evident all these attributes must exist simultaneously together within the field of Mind, for any creation to exist.
This description of Life Energy can also be observed as the minimum attributes necessary for Creation. It is self-evident only Intelligent Awareness is capable of organization. Created "things," forms, matter and mere undifferentiated energy does not have the ability to organize itself much less anything else - only Intelligent Awareness organizes.
Ultimately, it will be discovered that Love plays an integral role in Creation as the attribute of Love must be (and on one level already is) the primary guiding factor for Creation. The attribute of Love alone allows for Perfect Creation. No intellectual prowess will suffice for Perfect Creation unless modified by Love, and this can be observed by how when Love is maximally employed in any action any solution, the action/solution is always optimized to the degree Love is employed.
Creation without the power and attribute of Love results is mis-creation or "unlovely" creation, which is what we have in this world, clearly.
There is much to be added here but space is limited. Suffice to say this is observably an inverted world of polar opposites. We think "here" is “normal” because we think it is all we know or exists, but on its face, an inverted world of opposites is impossible to be Real or True.
Consider, what an inverted world of opposites ITSELF must be inversion and opposite of?
Something must Exist prior and senior to this world as a universe based on opposites is a created thing and therefore not itself creative, and any Mind comprised of equal opposing forces is not only not sane, but is incapable of Perfect Creation. It is worth noting that a Sentient Being and/or Mind in this context is capable of Perfect Creation, but must choose/will imperfect considerations and thoughts from its Mind first, which is possible and itself demonstrates Truth, Goodness, Love and Perfection are Real, and the opposites of those things are not real by the fact they can be dismissed from Mind.
We observe in Natural Law the ability and tendency towards Ever-Perfecting Balance and the one thing in this world that has no form of opposite, is Natural Law. Natural Law forbids a chaos so Natural Law can be viewed as a perfectly sane all-governing force. If there did exist an opposite to Natural Law, this world would be canceled out before it could begin. Natural Law has no opposite, but is capable of governing a world of opposites, which is an interesting phenomenon to contemplate… The only reason this world of opposites can seem to exist at all is because there is no opposite to Natural Law.
Most fundamentally, a Sentient Being is simply a Creator of Truth. In this world, it has ideas, makes assessments and judgments and decides what it believes i.e., it creates its own truths as it goes along. Our choice is to either align ourselves with Real Truth and create in alignment with that, or veer off and/or create via "personal truth,” which is more aligned with personal preference and opinion.
Which choice you make will determine the reality you experience as you ”life” will invariably reflect back to you the thoughts, feelings and “truths” you hold. And this all occurs in Mind as obviously, that is where your truths are created and observably nothing exists outside the purview of Mind else it would net be recognizable or existent.
Ultimately, it will be determined that Natural Law Exists as the Nature of the Perfect Mind All Creation Exists Within.

Yes, Darwinism does not explain Intelligent Awareness and/or Life. There is some observably truth to the evolution and adaptation of species. Only the Source of All Life and Phenomenon of Life Exists. Only God Exists. Only Real Truth Exists. "Creation" can only be defined as that which God has made or that which You have made in Alignment with God, out of Love. Only those things are Real and that is the only viable definition of Reality.
Any idea of anything other, opposite or outside of God is an illusion because there is no "outside" of God. There is nothing above, below or back of God. Any consideration of anything other than God is imaginary and if believed, illusory.

The French Revolution was hugely destructive, of necessity tearing down a 1000+year feudal system, and rebuilding after the unforeseen reign of terror. France has never fully realized its potential since then, either. We’ve been diverted from ours, too.

I don't disagree with your thoughtful analysis. But early on I read lots of books which stated aspects of this overview.
What was generally missing was the HOW. Reading articles might calm and structure thought, give you a Map...but you still have to set on and enter unknown territory to get results.
If deep old wounds and emotional dissonances churning around in the basement of the subconscious are short circuiting conscious intentions, merely talk talking with long winded essays ....don't cut the mustard. One needs serious action to realign the modules of the personality.
So what did I find useful?
TM meditation--an easy but effective non complex method. Used to be inexpensive. What counts in all meditation work is persistence, creating a grove through repetition, a sort of energy "muscle memory."
Holosync--- brain hemispheres entrainment, creating a regular habit of dropping from beta to alpha to theta to delta, and back up...all in one hour. Repeat daily. Go deeper and deeper opening awareness into familiarity with deep pre-verbal and healing/repair levels
Bodywork for trauma recorded into the cellular memory. I did 5 years classical Reichian work which slowly flushes out rigid early survival reactivity. It's controlled breathwork directed to specific muscle-cell "armoring" areas...slowly melting them open.
I'd recommend Scientology auditing but outside of the Church with those who long ago left (when government took it over in the 80's). In the Underground. Good stuff.
Energy practices like in Taoism, with the body, mind, and energy channels. I still use 5 Element blending practice from Mantak Chia in the 80's. Eventually he realized he needed a boost, which led to self-generated internal entheogens in the Dark Room work. I certainly wouldn't kid myself that it is likely some also incorporate such "nootropics." I have. Made a big effect.
And after you are somewhat stable and used to stuff coming up as releases in dreams which you understand to be natural cleansing of the psyche...then turn up the volume. Accelerate.
By that I mean MDMA for meditation along with earlier practice. Opens Heart and non-judgemental acceptance of the Whole of You.
For cosmonauts: entheogens done in small steps, forcing ego defenses to drop of shut down. Soar as an energy being.
Hey, if breathwork gets you there great. But if you sat for 20-30 years stalled...more is needed.
I'm a hard case. Took dynamite to open the seams of gold. Go lighter without excess, and don't expect miracles overnight. Stepping outside of pre-programmed ego acculturation opens meeting the Teacher within.... the animating Fire of "God..." your true nature.

Grandpa is your DNA, Cousin Gene is a Gene, Mom is the electromagnetic field of Energy shrouding the planet that we generated and fuel. Then you have neuro-peptides hitting the cells with instructions... they are the "party animals" cast of characters. And of course, the star character is Atom... because he is ubiquitous and the family's common denominator. They are all made of atoms.

So when you say there is only one reality, and two opinions, yes?
You are positioning reality as singular, fixed, and external, and consciousness as a lens that merely misreads or interprets it.
That’s a respectable realist position. But it’s not neutral, and it’s not the only coherent ontology.
The key ontological distinction you are missing? You are collapsing two very different meanings of “reality”.
Reality-as-totality (the cosmos, existence as such)
Reality-as-experience (what shows up as real to a conscious system)
Once I separate those, your question stops being obvious.
Let us make the distinction explicit. I think this is where the word reality does a lot of hidden work.
If by “one reality” you mean the totality of existence, then yes, we’re not talking about separate universes. But if by reality you mean lived reality, what shows up, has meaning, exerts force, and shapes action, then that is not merely opinion layered on top of a neutral substrate.
Two people can inhabit the same world and yet participate in meaning, value, and significance differently in ways that are ontologically real, not just representational errors.
So I wouldn’t say “one reality and two opinions.” I’d say one cosmos, multiple enacted realities, each constrained, but not reducible, to a single objective description.
That answer doesn’t deny a shared world, doesn’t retreat into relativism, refuses the reduction of experience to “mere opinion”.
What’s really at stake? Reality is not passively perceived, reality is actively participated.
Consciousness does not mirror reality, it co-creates the field in which reality appears
So from that view:
Opinions are surface articulations. Underneath them are different organizations of experience. And those organizations matter, they shape causality, attention, and possibility.
Which means two people aren’t just holding different thoughts about the same reality. They are participating differently in what reality becomes for them.
That’s not sarcasm.
That’s ontology.
Notice: You say “not a judgment”, which is good faith, but then implicitly settles the metaphysics without naming it.
Your strength is not arguing the conclusion.
It’s making the assumptions visible.
Once visible, the conversation can actually begin.

To add or summarize, anyone looking will ultimately discover and/or find the source of all energy, and the energy itself exists as/within a the field we call Mind, which for any Sentient Being is all-pervasive and infinite in potential and capability.
In quantum physics, the Unified Field is/will be determined to be Mind, and many have already arrived at this conclusion. Viewing the Unified Field as Mind reconciles all existing questions/phenomena of the field and those questions it does not appear to reconcile, will be or already are determined to be based upon flawed premises or assumption(s).
The field of Mind and Mind itself is comprised of latent potential or undifferentiated potential but, has no self-motivating ability without an Energy, Source or attribute to serve as a "Driver."
The "Driver" of Mind is also a form of energy most accurately defined as "Life" Energy. Life Energy is best defined as Intelligent Awareness comprised of Infinite Unlimited Imagination (no restrictive limit to any thoughts, ideas etc.) and Will. Will serves as the motivating force to bring an idea conceived in Imagination (Mind) into Being. It is self-evident all these attributes must exist simultaneously together within the field of Mind, for any creation to exist.
This description of Life Energy can also be observed as the minimum attributes necessary for Creation. It is self-evident only Intelligent Awareness is capable of organization. Created "things," forms, matter and mere undifferentiated energy does not have the ability to organize itself much less anything else - only Intelligent Awareness organizes.
Ultimately, it will be discovered that Love plays an integral role in Creation as the attribute of Love must be (and on one level already is) the primary guiding factor for Creation. The attribute of Love alone allows for Perfect Creation. No intellectual prowess will suffice for Perfect Creation unless modified by Love, and this can be observed by how when Love is maximally employed in any action any solution, the action/solution is always optimized to the degree Love is employed.
Creation without the power and attribute of Love results is mis-creation or "unlovely" creation, which is what we have in this world, clearly.
There is much to be added here but space is limited. Suffice to say this is observably an inverted world of polar opposites. We think "here" is “normal” because we think it is all we know or exists, but on its face, an inverted world of opposites is impossible to be Real or True.
Consider, what an inverted world of opposites ITSELF must be inversion and opposite of?
Something must Exist prior and senior to this world as a universe based on opposites is a created thing and therefore not itself creative, and any Mind comprised of equal opposing forces is not only not sane, but is incapable of Perfect Creation. It is worth noting that a Sentient Being and/or Mind in this context is capable of Perfect Creation, but must choose/will imperfect considerations and thoughts from its Mind first, which is possible and itself demonstrates Truth, Goodness, Love and Perfection are Real, and the opposites of those things are not real by the fact they can be dismissed from Mind.
We observe in Natural Law the ability and tendency towards Ever-Perfecting Balance and the one thing in this world that has no form of opposite, is Natural Law. Natural Law forbids a chaos so Natural Law can be viewed as a perfectly sane all-governing force. If there did exist an opposite to Natural Law, this world would be canceled out before it could begin. Natural Law has no opposite, but is capable of governing a world of opposites, which is an interesting phenomenon to contemplate… The only reason this world of opposites can seem to exist at all is because there is no opposite to Natural Law.
Most fundamentally, a Sentient Being is simply a Creator of Truth. In this world, it has ideas, makes assessments and judgments and decides what it believes i.e., it creates its own truths as it goes along. Our choice is to either align ourselves with Real Truth and create in alignment with that, or veer off and/or create via "personal truth,” which is more aligned with personal preference and opinion.
Which choice you make will determine the reality you experience as you ”life” will invariably reflect back to you the thoughts, feelings and “truths” you hold. And this all occurs in Mind as obviously, that is where your truths are created and observably nothing exists outside the purview of Mind else it would net be recognizable or existent.
Ultimately, it will be determined that Natural Law Exists as the Nature of the Perfect Mind All Creation Exists Within.
All Life and phenomenon of Life reduces to a Being and Mind in Alignment With Real Truth, or a Being/Mind under the illusion it can be separated from Real Truth and make up its own "personal truths" to live and experience. This IS a universe of personal truth, and is why this is a world of opposites were nothing perfectly good can ever exist, without its opposite.
This world of opposites, fear, loss, pain and death is the result of a choice, a decision, an act of Will. It is not something you did; it is something you are doing on a moment-by-moment basis every instance of every day.
Decide for Real Truth and an inverted world of opposites begins to dissipate, to the degree Real Truth is free to assert its natural place. Make this world meaningless, and Real Truth fills the void as only Real Truth actually Exists. Illusion is not real as it requires belief to persist and disappears as soon as such belief and consent is removed.

I agree, it mirrors their teachings; all answers connect to an exponential array of three, yes, no, maybe; as disgust here, they offer us one of the pieces to the puzzle and then as if using chat, they tell us to make the rest to fit, and our ego will. The ego is a contained system that loops back into itself; think a snake devouring itself. This system is a limited system; it is designed to loop back into itself, an act we refer to as thinking inside a box, to which we have spent our lives trying to think outside of, not realizing the missing piece is the box is how we reason to begin with; through a fear that answered itself; vanity, denial, stubborn ego, "I am not afraid, I am...".

Yes, Darwinism does not explain Intelligent Awareness and/or Life. There is some observably truth to the evolution and adaptation of species. Natural Law functions along those lines, but you can't define a Spiritual Being by the body - in spite of the agenda to do so. A human being is a Spiritual Being. The body really has nothing to do with You, It is simply a temporary means of experiencing life on Earth.
yes it is temporary, but what we are not aware of is it is a system designed to separate the spirit, into a single entity...our minds have all captured a piece of the spirit of God in us; it is the driving force to the ego that separates from it.

While I don’t have the technical language to explain it, I intuitively and experientially perceive Love to be the ground of being and the motivating drive beneath/within all Creation. Our task is to remove all those barriers and align with that Truth (as you point out. Spiritual law is Natural Law, it is the deeper expression of love.

You are correct about Love. Love allows for Perfect Creation. The thing you come to realize is God IS Love. It strikes me that nothing is ever complete or perfect otherwise growth would surely cease. Persian carpet makers always leave a flaw in their work as only God is perfect. I'm not even sure about that little bit of comfort now!

Close but all inclosed. Love is an emotional description to the law, it is not the law; the law is respect. Respect is what is known as a constant like the number nine. It does not fluctuate like weak human emotions.
Humans and their vanity, that damn ego that separated us from reality. Love is the closest emotion we have to express respect, but all expression is not what it is expressing unless you ask the ego then it is bang on.
Thought is the mirror you hear about, realities reflection believed to be the actual reality that it is observing with limited capabilities, but the ego is sure it is correct.
Love is energy, not mere emotion. It”s a very high frequency energy. Coherent energy, like LASER, which, with my limited understanding of physics, I’m led to believe is the most potent force we know of.

If you look at the attributes required for any organized creation - Intelligent Awareness comprised of Infinite Imagination and Will, you see we have also described YOU. You too, are a Creator and exhibit all the Attributes of a Creator.
You are Created By God OF God, and if the full Truth be told, You are Created By God OF God AS God. This is the "In His Image and Likeness" reference.
God Gave You Everything He Had To Give, He Gave You HIMSELF in full, total, with nothing held back. In Truth, You are God's Most Magnificent Creation. He can do no better nor more than You. He Gave You His ALL.
The only difference between You and God is, You did not Create Yourself.

God IS Love, and only Creates out of Love. You have chosen differently...
Eventually, You will realize an inverted world of opposites separate from God where good/bad exist together is not such a good idea. You have a True Home. A place where You Originate, and this world is not it, and you know this on some level, yet you keep fighting to fix it up...
Ask yourself, Where Does God Create? Where do His Creations Exist?
It's better to get that answer for yourself as it can seem revelatory, but for the sake of discussion, the answer is God Creates Within Mind, of course. What and where else is there? If any other place did exist, it would have to be Created and would then Exist in Mind also.
You Exist within the Mind of God and God Exists within Yours - Same Mind.
Separation from God is, of course, impossible BUT, You hold belief in the illusion of separation by Your own belief that a world "outside" and "other" than God may exist - an impossible world opposite of God. You beleive such a world might be possible...
And now, you have made it so real in your Mind that you sustain and maintain that world merely by continuing to view it, interface with it, act in it, think about it, worry about it, fear it... nearly everything you do and think validates its existence as "truth" in your Mind, when it is not True and can't be True. A world of opposites makes no sense.
Only the Source of All Life and Phenomenon of Life Exists. Only God Exists. Only Real Truth Exists. "Creation" can only be defined as that which God has made or that which You have made in Alignment with God, out of Love. Only those things are Real and that is the only viable definition of Reality.
Any idea of anything other, opposite or outside of God is an illusion because there is no "outside" of God. There is nothing above, below or back of God. Any consideration of anything other than God is imaginary and if believed, illusory.
Separation from God is a false belief. It is something you "make" up and hold in place by your own beliefs, feelings and self (ego)-created "truths." It is an illusion and can be known as an illusion as such ideas disappear into nothingness when you remove your consent and belief.
Good is Good. Good is Love. God is Perfect. He is exactly what you want Him to be and quite probably better These things are Real and True. There is no opposite of God unless God Created an Opposite to Himself within Himself, and you can see that if He did this, not only would Creation be instantly and forever counter-opposed in Gods Own Mind, God would be Insane and any rational form of creation could not exist.
You can live thousands of lives, read thousand of books, experience billions of life lessons and you will end up right here right now with the same choice, Do You Align Your Mind, thoughts and Actions with Real Truth, or do you continue to subscribe to the self-ish thought system of the ego and an impossible world of opposites?
God or ego-thought? Truth or illusion? Only God and Truth or continuing ear, pain and illusion? The choice is yours.
The resolution and solution to this world has ever been in your hands. The choice is always yours, No one can choose for you. It is a decision You have to make, God and Truth or an false something else?
You can't make or force anyone to make this decision. Not even God overtly interferes in this choice. No one can save another from what they choose to beleive BUT, everyone has the ability to save themself, and each always has this ability.
Nothing negative is Real. If you want to know God, make this world meaningless and God/Truth fills the void because, Only God/Truth Exists.
You actually Exist With God Right Now In Mind. There is no other place to go or be. You/God are eternally inseparable, but you dream a dream of separation, of "other" and and a world of opposites...
You are indeed waking up, and soon you will realize, this world doesn't make sense and in fact, its unviable. You will yearn for something more and better... and gradually, you will turn your face and attention back to God and Real Truth. You will yearn for something "Real."
And that's all God really wants anyway, is Your attention back with Him. He actually and truly misses You...

I hate to have a long comment, but so many of your posts are like a class for me! I have to process with my notes. I apply it the process to everything I read, except entertainment reading.

—Explaining this certainly is helpful in understanding the period of awakening we are in as well as why there have been previous awakenings that changed the world. (The last one leading to both the vastly different American and French Revolutions comes to mind.) It’s interesting the American revolution was essentially positive, maintaining and building on the Christian principles that were being established, although not yet codified. The French Revolution was hugely destructive, of necessity tearing down a 1000+year feudal system, and rebuilding after the unforeseen reign of terror. France has never fully realized its potential since then, either. We’ve been diverted from ours, too.
—Describing the awakening process as ‘energetic stewardship’ vs a psychological approach is much more enabling and as you note allows us to ‘operate with a margin’ again.
—A perfect example of much of my federal government experience, ‘incoherent workplaces’! It also clearly explains my high stress levels then (and associated health impacts) vs the decade post retirement as extremely healthy. There are some residual effects of that period, however.

Excellent explanation of what is going on with our mind, body, and soul if we allow the craziness around us to be internalized.
I don't disagree with your thoughtful analysis. But early on I read lots of books which stated aspects of this overview.
What was generally missing was the HOW. Reading articles might calm and structure thought, give you a Map...but you still have to set on and enter unknown territory to get results.
If deep old wounds and emotional dissonances churning around in the basement of the subconscious are short circuiting conscious intentions, merely talk talking with long winded essays ....don't cut the mustard. One needs serious action to realign the modules of the personality.
So what did I find useful?
TM meditation--an easy but effective non complex method. Used to be inexpensive. What counts in all meditation work is persistence, creating a grove through repetition, a sort of energy "muscle memory."
Holosync--- brain hemispheres entrainment, creating a regular habit of dropping from beta to alpha to theta to delta, and back up...all in one hour. Repeat daily. Go deeper and deeper opening awareness into familiarity with deep pre-verbal and healing/repair levels
Bodywork for trauma recorded into the cellular memory. I did 5 years classical Reichian work which slowly flushes out rigid early survival reactivity. It's controlled breathwork directed to specific muscle-cell "armoring" areas...slowly melting them open.
I'd recommend Scientology auditing but outside of the Church with those who long ago left (when government took it over in the 80's). In the Underground. Good stuff.
Energy practices like in Taoism, with the body, mind, and energy channels. I still use 5 Element blending practice from Mantak Chia in the 80's. Eventually he realized he needed a boost, which led to self-generated internal entheogens in the Dark Room work. I certainly wouldn't kid myself that it is likely some also incorporate such "nootropics." I have. Made a big effect.
And after you are somewhat stable and used to stuff coming up as releases in dreams which you understand to be natural cleansing of the psyche...then turn up the volume. Accelerate.
By that I mean MDMA for meditation along with earlier practice. Opens Heart and non-judgemental acceptance of the Whole of You.
For cosmonauts: entheogens done in small steps, forcing ego defenses to drop of shut down. Soar as an energy being.
Hey, if breathwork gets you there great. But if you sat for 20-30 years stalled...more is needed.
I'm a hard case. Took dynamite to open the seams of gold. Go lighter without excess, and don't expect miracles overnight. Stepping outside of pre-programmed ego acculturation opens meeting the Teacher within.... the animating Fire of "God..." your true nature.
Just note: the God Process supports Create, Sustain, Uncreate (softer word than Destroy!).
Everything flows...and gets recycled. It's an adventure...not about "you" being a winner.

Love is not respect. Respect is not a weak emotion, it is a constant, a fact; love is its description. It may appear small to some but it is the sole reason we have all fallen apart. Off line just enough not to kill us but to make money of us...sound familiar?
Well, how do we change to coherence immersed in nothing but unresolving open loops? Our society has been purposefully built to drain our energy and keep us in threat status. People are easier to control that way. How do you “withdraw energy” and repair when engaging in such an immersive field that is ongoing all around one? That would be a welcome subject for another post.
We should have a conversation. I wrote a book to render the same information you eloquently provided here. All pre-release reviews said it was too long. Too much science. Lingo they couldn't define or digest. It was about 500 pages. They were right. But, the world needed to know. So I re-wrote it. The subject matter was "performed" by a cast of characters everyone could relate to... family! The Atom's family. Grandpa is your DNA, Cousin Gene is a Gene, Mom is the electromagnetic field of Energy shrouding the planet that we generated and fuel. Then you have neuro-peptides hitting the cells with instructions... they are the "party animals" cast of characters. And of course, the star character is Atom... because he is ubiquitous and the family's common denominator. They are all made of atoms.
The book will resonate with you. For some it will inform them... but it will likely just make you giggle instead. I giggled and smiled reading your article.
Instead of expressing the human systems in scientific terms... they are expressed as family members. It is easier to see the impact on each family member when you align them through your own free will. All this while highlighting constant chatter amongs them all. (signals and comms)
