Excellent post, thank you. Question regarding Bitcoin: Your plans consider the potential loss of power and potentially internet access. Should that occur, how will you access your Bitcoin holdings?

I will have power using generator and internet connectivity using StarLink. I use both when camping and they work flawlessly.

Understood, but what about a systemic grid failure? (I should add that I've been hesitant to invest in cryptos because of the likelihood of systemwide outages for power and internet.)

I think that will be temporary... but in the meantime I have cash and tradable goods on hand - like tobacco, coffee, alcohol, hygiene items, cooking oils... etc.

Good plan. I especially like your Starlink suggestion. I've been paying for Sat phone service for a couple of years and haven't used it a single time. I consider it an insurance policy I hope I'll never need. I'm using Comcast for internet because they have a virtual monopoly for high speed where I live. Starlink might be a better option. I have shared many of your posts with others in the past, and I really appreciate your contributions, so thanks again.

You're welcome... what I love about StarLink is you can turn it off month-by-month. I don't have it active when I am not camping and they don't charge me. Good call on Sat phone. With StarLink your laptop becomes, in essence, a Sat phone.

What would you do if you chose govt service over money, if you worked for federal govt for nearly 30 years, forced to take a disability retirement, live off a dept of labor retirement check every month, if you have lived through 7 back operations, are 70 years old, unemployable?

I agree 100%.

I have prepared for such a time as this since N Korea could reach the US west coast (I live on the east coast) with a missile (or in my mind an EMP). Back then I never envisioned this is what I would be preparing for. I have physically felt to my core that my purpose in being here on this planet is to help both the very young and the elderly through this coming liberation. So, for the last 7 years that has been the catalyst of my preparedness. So dear TxVet33 I am here for you & there are many others too who will carry you during the difficult days, especially our most compassionate President. To Observing Consciousness, I extend to you my boundless thanks for how you have helped so many people in this world with this perfectly composed Substack and all past & future ones too. You have a great Source-given-gift for the written word. You are a good & worthy Messenger. Namaste

Yikes. Thank you for this article yes you can feel it coming, have for awhile, I think since Covid. Maybe even since the panic of worrying the “system” would fail when the calendar hit 2000 😂😂Prepared in some ways, not in some ways. No starlink availability in our area, it’s sort of on beta here and maxed out. Maybe a camping unit would work. Bitcoin-I’m not clear on how it’s useful without internet availability by both the buyer and the seller. People that I’ll need to calm down-my parents! Praying for God to see us through any and all storms ahead.

Such an emotional way of Greene’s “warning” us of such a “disaster” just brings me to question of his motives, i dont know.

Personally, im sure i’ll survive, even if i loose some dollars, but for me it is very strange how panicky he is.

Also, on your suggestion - how is it helpful to have cash, if dollars are to become worthless?

Expand full comment
Observing Consciousness's avatar

Daiva... you are right to see the dichotomy in my post... I chose to key off Greene's video because he was so emotional... as I feel it gets peoples attention... then I proceeded to give people, what I hope is, calm cool and collected advice on how to prepare and not panic. I hope I was successful.

Cash is good because anyone that is following what is going on realize that the cash in circulation will not be worthless paper when the "lights go back on", so to speak. No way Trump and the Patriots are designing a parallel system that makes cash worthless post-reset.

It's the FIAT currency (debt-based) and Central Bank backing that is being severed, not the value of our cash. I feel the cash we have will actually be worth the full dollar value, whereas now it isn't - based on inflation, etc.

Loud MacLeod's avatar

Yes , the panic is probably because he is afraid to lose his money , that's all most people care about . They are afraid to not have it , I'm not afraid. It's more important to be fearless .

I do admire your skills at being an independent prepper.

I’m not saying this is you, but the problem I have with preppers is that I wonder if they secretly hope the worst comes to pass so they can be proven right. I’m sure there are preppers who think and prep with an altruistic goal of helping their neighbors or communities, and you seem like someone in that consciousness.

You didn’t mention Trump’s Sovereign Wealth Fund (launched in Feb this year)

Here’s an interesting substack about it.

The Federal government “directly” holds $5.7 Trillion in assets…but indirectly (natural resource reserves) the estimate is as high as $150 Trillion.

FJ... I totally hear you.... you are right... having a few months of food, water, and supplies isn’t some fringe idea, it’s just being smart. Our grandparents called it normal. The whole “prepper” label got twisted somewhere along the way, like it’s all about bunkers and end-of-days fantasies. But I agree, the "real ones" aren’t rooting for chaos. They’re hoping things hold together, but they’re not naïve enough to bet everything on it.

I don’t take offense at the observation either, I’ve seen that too. Some folks do seem like they’re waiting for the world to burn so they can finally say, “See? I told you so!” But that’s not the vibe here. For me, it’s always been about being useful when things get tough. If I’ve got a little extra and my neighbor’s in need, that’s the win. That’s what matters, to me anyway... in reality, we tap into our longer term storage all the time... mainly because we ran out of everyday things. Then when we go shopping the next time, when we feel like it, we replace it.

Yeah, the Sovereign Wealth Fund... that’s a quiet storm most haven’t even clocked yet. Launched in February, and if you dig, you start realizing the numbers don’t lie. $5.7 trillion in federal assets directly held, but when you include reserves (oil, land, minerals) the real number could be $150 trillion. That’s not "tinfoil hatting", that’s just math. It’s a reset in the making.... THAT is Trump's parallel economy waiting to take over after the FIAT collapse...

It feels like we’re not heading for full-blown collapse, we’re heading for a handoff. And those who are grounded, prepared, and not panicked? They’re going to help lead others through it. So it isn't a matter of "THE SKY IS FALLING"... not by any stretch of the imagination... it is more, "Hey, if things go sideways a while, do you have what is needed in the house to calmly ride out the storm?" -- no different than anyone living in tornado ally would prepare for the upcoming storm season.

Thank you for a great reply.

In 2008…during the financial mess…my neck of the woods, in the Northeast, experienced a terrible ice storm right before Christmas that knocked out power (across the area) for 2 weeks +. Thank goodness we had our woodstove and firewood!

Electric utility teams from far and wide showed up to help. Towns survived thanks to local FD volunteers and citizen volunteers to provide food and shelter to those who needed it. Many lessons were learned. Most people in rural New England now have backup generators.

The plandemic with its lockdowns also prepped people to store up for food and essentials.

As challenging as “the precipice” will be, I think it’s been well planned for - not just by citizens across the country but by Trump and his team - and will be fairly short lived.

Amazing times are ahead of us! ❤️🇺🇸🕊🌎

My husband has a bad heart from electrical injury 20 years ago. It didn’t destroy his “real” heart- but health issues since. He (we) took on guardianship of 3 disabled siblings, all relatively high functioning- worked at a local workshop for years.. He mostly inherited them from an aunt who was their guardian and she died. It has been a sacrifice. He isn’t the sign-a-check “guardian” we are caregivers. The eldest passed in 2019, middle, now in nursing home (current in the hospital) and youngest (70 this year) living next door.

About the middle guy: he recognizes all of the slights from people due to his condition. Difficulty understanding and communicating. All three of them would answer “yes” to a question if given with a smile, or whatever their perception of what they should respond. Definitely need advocates and protection. Ugh, sorry this is stretching out! My point is, his bladder quit working, because of lax nursing home care despite my husband’s involvement, he had a catheter for a year & a half until a permanent catheter not through his organ was put in. As an aside, he thought there was going to be no more catheter because we told him they were taking it out. Didn’t even think to tell him a new one placed elsewhere. (He is unhappy about that). He has a twisted gut issue and now we’re told one more instance and it will be colostomy. Poor angel. It’s going to happen because he is sedentary and the “caregivers” need to move him on a schedule- and they won’t. So, finally, here’s my point.

I have pondered why God would allow this when Jimmy has already been through so much. The answer came to me, with a question- did I think Jimmy chose this before he was born? So did we choose our crosses? I know that God knew us in all of eternity, the hairs on our heads. This question has eased my mind and heart in my own cares and concerns - am I going to be alone? How will I ever make it without my wonderful husband? Did we choose to be here in this pace and time? Were we chosen to be here in this place and time? The questions comfort me.

That is the big question my wife and I ponder all the time... "Did we actually choose THIS life?"... if so, WHAT WERE WE THINKING?!

It is a mystery, a mystery we won't fully understand until we pass on... but my Faith remains strong... it is, after all, His plan... not mine... Be well, Bonnie, and I pray for good heath for all your family and friends!

The global debt is about $300 trillion. Most of that is generated by banks that get to lend 10x as much as their savings. The collapse will be in this global debt created out of thin air by banks. There is only $2.4 trillion in actual printed federal reserve notes, around the same as the value of bitcoin. Debt collateralized by real assets will probably survive, but debt collateralized by borrowed assets will evaporate as the big banks go under. "Financial instruments" will vanish in the blink of an eye as will wall street. The news will make it seem worse that WW3 and WW4 combined. And nothing real will have disappeared. Is Starbucks real?

Richard... you made me chuckle with your, "Is Starbucks real" question, lol

I agree with what you stated... I feel what Trump and the Patriots have created in parallel with make this a "relatively" painless shift... but not pain-free. The true target is Central Banks, as you stated, the pain will be "theirs"... no, Starbucks isn't real, and there "is no spoon!"

Interesting observation...since the dot com bubble burst around 2000 I've often noted that people are triggered into "survival" mode by the thought of losing their Starbucks coffee.

Unfortunately, the PsyOp, poisoning and brainwashing has succeeded in converting a large percentage of the population into monsters who irrationally justify the sacrifice of their moral compass and humanity for the sake of such "survival".

Expand full comment
Observing Consciousness's avatar

Henry, I agree, a psychic storm is upon us. But it’s not new. It’s been raging for generations, hidden in plain sight as a war of frequencies for our very consciousness. They’ve weaponized media, language, and education to distort reality, fracture identity, and suppress the soul’s natural resonance with truth. This isn’t just psychological, it’s vibrational warfare designed to keep us asleep.

As for your “tsunami of blood and death where only the unlucky will survive”... we’re already in it. The COVID-19 vaccine bioweapon has reportedly killed more than both World Wars combined. This isn’t prophecy, it’s disclosure.

Trump and the patriots have been working to stop further bloodshed. That’s why he traveled the globe in 2017, and again in 2025, meeting with world leaders, forging alliances, and preparing the stage for peace through sovereignty. What we’re witnessing now is the battle to end the war that was never declared, but always waged.
